Attorney Michael S. Phillips Joins Todd A. Landgren, Attorney at Law
(PRWEB) October 23, 2013 -- Orange County DUI Attorney Michael S. Phillips came to Orange County from Tennessee to attend Whittier Law School. He began law school expecting to pursue a career in environmental law, but found his calling for litigation while working at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office as a certified law clerk. Mr. Phillips attributes much of his rapid success to the jump start he gained from his time with the prosecutor’s office. His experience as a private criminal defense attorney has included a wide variety of cases, ranging from petty offenses to aggravated prison felonies, in both state and federal courts. He has been very active in the Orange County Bar. Mr. Phillips has increased his focus on the defense of California Vehicle Code violations, specifically Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs In the past year alone, he has taken more than a dozen DUI cases to jury verdict while managing a high-volume DUI defense office in Irvine, California. Mr. Phillips has won more than a dozen DUI cases in the last year by having Penal Code Section 1538.5 Motions to Suppress Evidence granted.
Mr. Phillips was recruited this fall by prestigious Orange County DUI lawyer Mr. Landgren.
