Ms. de Laat is a seasoned financial and operational executive with extensive experience working with startups. In her role as VP of Finance, Ms. de Laat will be responsible for streamlining Ziften’s internal processes to ensure the company’s back office enables rapid scalability. Additionally, Ms. de Laat will focus on capital efficiency and extensive financial transparency and visibility to Ziften’s board.

Caroline de Laat brings more than 25 years of experience to Ziften. In her career, Ms. de Laat has worked for both domestic and international companies, most recently with vCFO where she served as Consulting Controller. She has successfully implemented innovative ideas, process improvements and provided financial and operational expertise to organizations. Ms. de Laat also has a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, planning and analysis, and statement preparation.
