Carole is a dedicated teacher of the Bible. She has taught all ages and currently teaches a class of ladies at her church, which she has taught for twenty-five years. She has also lead video Bible Study groups in the US and abroad. Carole enjoys public speaking and impacting the lives of others with the truth of God’s Word. She has spoken on occasion at women’s events and mission conferences. Carole and her husband served as active missionaries with the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism for twenty-six years before their retirement. They traveled extensively throughout Southeast Asia. She and her husband have also mentored young couples who were heading for missions as well as missionaries in the field. God has used them to counsel couples whose marriages were in crisis. God blessed their fifty-three years of marriage with three adult sons who are preachers of the Word. They have six granddaughters and six grandsons ranging in ages from twenty-four to twelve years old.

Ultimately, God would lead him and his family to the country of the Philippines where he fought for lost souls.
Living in a dangerous region of the Philippines, he became consumed by a passion that pushed him to reach the lost with the gospel of Christ. The family faced attacks from physical enemies as well as the spiritual enemy, Satan. To be a servant of Christ requires a call, a cost, and a commitment. These three things are evident in the lives of this missionary couple. The ministry of this courageous missionary family continues on today in the Philippines and throughout the world thanks to individuals who were impacted by their ministry.
