Author Christopher Robyn lives on a ranch in a small farming community in Western Washington State. One day, his neighbor purchased a male goat, a ram, which Christopher named Billy, or Billy Goat. Since Billy Goat could not see that he was any different than the other animals in the pasture, he naturally bonded with the animal that he identified with the most. In his case, it was a cow.

“I Think I'm a Cow” was inspired by real life events. Christopher Robyn wanted to create a work, which allowed both parent and child to interact. Having raised children himself, he fully understands the responsibilities of parenting. The time parents spend with their child is now more precious than ever.
