Author Clifford Stevens to Present Book at 2014 Frankfurt Book Fair
Boystown, Neb. (PRWEB) October 22, 2013 -- In his 2000 book “The Treasure of Kefer Shimon” (published by iUniverse) author and priest Clifford Stevens unravels the events in the life of Jesus Christ.
Stevens will present the book at the 2014 Frankfurt Book Fair in Germany, Oct. 8-12, 2014. According to the fair’s website, the Frankfurt Book Fair is a meeting place for the industry’s experts and the most important marketplace for books, media, rights and licenses worldwide.
“The Treasure of Kefer Shimon” unfolds through the eyes of a young American priest, sent on a secret mission by the Vatican to track down the source of three ancient scrolls that are in the possession of the Holy See. These scrolls reveal secrets kept hidden for centuries, thus causing great upheaval in the realm of biblical studies.
Stevens knows his book is controversial to some, but that only adds to its appeal. “It challenges those books about the identity of Jesus like ‘The Da Vinci Code’ and the writings of the members of the Jesus Seminar,” he says.
