Author Dale Wiley Releases Well-Received Political Thriller
St. Louis, Missouri (PRWEB) February 24, 2015 -- Dale Wiley has slated the release of his first thriller, The Intern, for a March 1, 2015 release. The novel is available as a pre-order download through the Apple iBookstore, Barnes and Noble and other stores in advance of the release date.
The suspenseful thriller is set in 1995, in Washington, D.C., as National Endowment for the Arts intern Trent Norris finds his sleepy life interrupted as he becomes the prime suspect in a series of DC murders. Trent has to enlist the help of a series of characters, including an unsuspecting senator and a high-priced call-girl, to help him get out of the mess that the media has reported.
The novel has been the subject of strong reviews on various literary websites, receiving five-star reviews on GoodReads (one reviewer calling it a “rollicking journey”), iBooks and other sites.
Wiley, now a heralded Missouri foreclosure defense attorney, was once a young DC intern himself. He owned and ran the independent record label Slewfoot for several years, and his producing work was featured on NPR’s Morning Edition in an interview with Bob Edwards. His current work takes him all over the state, fighting for homeowners’ rights. He has just finished his second novel, Sabotage.
