Not knowing who to trust and turn to creates a void to be filled with drugs and promiscuity. The need to be loved and satisfied are temporarily controlled by a moment of pleasure. Money is spent and lost with nothing to show for it. Unable to stop, the lost souls begin to entertain the voices in their head telling them to end their lives.
But the reality is that they are not the only one struggling with a specific issue, but one of many who are afraid to ask for help or speak up due to fear of being rejected, judged, and abandoned. Fear of the unknown is inevitable.
It’s time to dress in the "Just do it" mentality and take on His yoke. “Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
