About the Author
Les Daley is a certified personal professional fitness trainer/coach, motivational speaker, wellness professor and business owner. He holds a degree in Physical Education and Sciences from the International Association/Maritime University of Adaptive Sciences. He also holds several fitness certificates from the American Council of Exercise (A.C.E.) and also I.F.P.A. Daley has also trained at many gyms including The Zoo Health Club, world’s Gym and his most recent “Just Fit Gym”. His knowledge of fitness, his charismatic personality and integrity has also taken him into the limelight including appearances on DECO DRIVE, CHANNEL 7 NEWS, TBN CHANNEL 45 and several coverage in the SUN SENTINEL.
