Author Offers Insights on How to Cope With Lymphatic Disorder in New Book
NEWCASTLE, Australia (PRWEB) September 24, 2016 -- In her new book, “The Lymphatic-Friendly Diet” (published by Balboa Press AU), Kristin Osborn gives a basic overview of the lymphatic system, how it works and what conditions are caused if it doesn't work properly. Osborn also details what foods work best for the system, including simple recipes and general hints and tips on how to boost immunity, ease digestion and increase waste removal.
“(The lymphatic system) is a poorly diagnosed area in the Health Sector,” says Osborn. She explains lymphatic disorders often go undiagnosed, which may lead to further health complications.
Osborn, a lymphoedema therapist, has a lymphatic disorder herself, and explores how eating lymphatic-friendly foods led to a healthier, happier life. She hopes the book will help readers "finally understand why they look the way they do and why they can't seem to lose weight".
