Author Shares Insight, Moral Support for Yogi

That is one of the main (reasons) why it is important to the story.”

Patanjali has warned the yogi not to hold on to the occult power, as it is the cause of bad karma to his or her spirit. However, when a yogi has completed his or her spiritual journey, he or she should use his or her knowledge of practicing yoga to guide others who wish to practice yoga for the main purpose of liberating their innermost selves.
