Author Shares Story of Remembering Who She Really is in Latest Book
SYDNEY (PRWEB) September 13, 2017 -- For most of her life, the author questioned who she really was, and what this life is really about beyond the role called Melodie Dubois, born in France in 1959. By “chance” she found a teacher who put her in touch with her inner wisdom and source. This teaching allowed her to experience the God within. This experience marked the beginning of a conscious and challenging journey of self-discovery and understanding.
Despite her intent to understand what separates the human being from living as the spiritual being we also are, she realised she had reached a dead end, she thought she would never find the key to understanding her true nature. In September 2015, she woke up at three in the morning, having experienced the answer.
Dubois shares this answer in her latest published book “Just Be Yourself: A Story Inspiring You to Transform Your Self-Sabotaging Thought Patterns into the Extraordinary Power of Being and Feeling Complete” (published by Balboa Press AU). The book points to the answer by giving its reader the understanding of the different types of barriers the human ego unconsciously manufactures to keep us estranged from our spiritual nature.
“We can easily see other people's contradictions and ego behaviours but rarely do we see our own. This book seeks to bring clarity to a subject that thrives by remaining hidden in the darkness of the unobserved mind. Because we are mostly unaware of the thought patterns created by our egos, we remain slaves to its lies and self-destructive patterns,” Dubois says.
