Automatic Laundry and First Realty Management Embrace Internet of Things in Community Laundry Facilities
West Newton, MA (PRWEB) June 09, 2016 -- Automatic Laundry Services Co., Inc. and First Realty Management Corp. of Boston recently entered into a long-term partnership whereby Automatic Laundry will provide state of the art resident laundry services to the more than 5,000 residents across 10 different multi-housing communities managed by First Realty Management. As part of Automatic Laundry’s offering, each community laundry room will feature smart, connected commercial laundry equipment utilizing Automatic’s proprietary Laundry Tracker Connect™ system. Residents will have access to a laundry monitoring web page that will show the availability of machines in real time. Residents can also opt to be e-mailed or texted when machines become available or when their cycle is finished, the ultimate time management tool for busy consumers. Additionally, Automatic Laundry is able to conduct a virtual walk through of each community laundry room to check machine status as well as receive service alerts directly from the washers and dryers, which self-report service requests directly to Automatic Laundry.
