AVL Conference – held in Cooperation with SAE International – Delves into Strategies and Technologies for Commercial Vehicles
WARRENDALE, Pa. (PRWEB) February 18, 2015 -- The 8th Annual AVL International Commercial Powertrain Conference (ICPC) will be held May 20-21, at the Helmut-List-Halle in Graz, Austria. The event is organized by AVL, with cooperation from SAE International.
For more than a decade, the International Commercial Powertrain Conference (ICPC) has been a meeting for manufacturers of trucks, tractors and construction equipment – all of which employ similar drive technology and are confronted with similar environmental requirements. AVL has organized this conference to provide the opportunity to meet the leaders of the specific industry segment, and to discuss possible synergies between all three segments.
The conference is globally unique, focusing jointly on truck and bus, agricultural tractors and construction machinery technology. Representatives of the major OEMs present the latest technologies and drivers for their industry segment. The conference is an important information platform and an attractive forum for the exchange on these topics. Keynotes representing the three Commercial Powertrain industries give an overview of world-wide trends in industry and technology, highlighting the resulting company strategy and management focus.
