AWAI Names 2013 $10K Challenge Winner
Delray Beach, FL (PRWEB) November 01, 2013 -- Each year, AWAI selects at least one copywriter as the winner, based on campaign performance throughout the year. All AWAI members are eligible for the award, which is based on the successful completion and mailing of a sales letter for an AWAI product.
From the initial headline and lead submission, entries pass through multiple layers of approval and peer review. Finished letters are put into test mailing sequences, and results are monitored throughout the year.
Winner are announced during the Awards Luncheon at AWAI’s Fast-Track to Copywriting Success Bootcamp and Job Fair, held each October in Delray Beach, FL. Each winner receives a check for $10,000 on the spot and an ongoing contract with AWAI.
In announcing this year’s winner, AWAI Co-Managing Partner Rebecca Matter said, “I can't think of a more deserving person for this year's $10K challenge. Along with writing a blockbuster promotion for us this year, she always meets her deadlines, and continuously works to improve her craft.
