Award-Winning Directors Launch Kickstarter Campaign to Bring Laughter to the Masses

"Laughter makes people feel good, and in an effort to bring that feeling to the masses, award-winning writer, director and actor, Greg Ash, and his cousin, Chris, are on a mission to spread their message through We Like Laughter, a project guaranteed to bring a smile to faces everywhere and, in the words of Ash, "bring laughter back to the streets."
Ash’s films have been screened at festivals worldwide, including Cannes, New York and Palm Springs. Although the planned comedy sketches will be shown on the small screen and available to watch on YouTube, Ash has the experience to give them a big screen feel.
When the We Like Laugher project is completed, Ash and his cousin will have produced five brilliant new comedy sketches complete with a lovable set of original characters. They call their campaign a revoLOLtion, and in many ways, it really is.
The pair recently created a Kickstarter page to raise funds for their endeavour, securing almost half of their target within the first few days of launching the online campaign.

Whilst many Kickstarter campaigns are focused solely on raising money, We Like Laughter takes things a step further. Whether it’s as a potential actor, crew member or writer, this is a genuine opportunity for the British public to get involved in creating some new comedy.
Ash stated, "Chris and I have already created a lot of new characters that we can’t wait to introduce to the public. However, the more money we raise the more ambitious we can be. People who donate to our Kickstarter campaign won’t just be giving us a hand-out."
