Axia Technology Partners to Separate Businesses and Expand into Software Sector
INDIANAPOLIS (PRWEB) December 14, 2017 -- Prior to celebrating its 10-year anniversary, Axia Technology Partners (AxiaTP) announces the separation of its high-powered communications workflow platform, Kerauno, into its own software business entity.
“The business decision comes at a time when we have experienced tremendous growth with the software platform,” says Josh Ross, Managing Partner of AxiaTP. “We are now in eight countries and continuing to redefine the communications workflow market.”
Chief Operating Officer, Don Scifres and AxiaTP Co-founder, Jason Ross will operate Kerauno LLC as an independent software company under the umbrella of AxiaTP, which will continue to provide connectivity, voice service and managed network service to clients across the country. Josh Ross will remain as the Managing Partner for AxiaTP, while also serving as Chairman of the Board for Keruano LLC.
The business expansion and separation will enable tremendous focus, and likely include various forms of capital raised, including the launch of Kerauno’s national channel partner program and ecosystem. The expansion also creates an opportunity to bring more technology-focused jobs to Indianapolis. Having already created a dozen new positions this year, the company is looking to hire as many as 10 more, including software engineers, a director of software engineering, a cloud systems engineer and a VoIP engineer, due to the expected growth through the channel program.
