Axiim Showcases Third Party Compatibility of New Wireless Home Theater System at CES 2016
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) January 08, 2016 -- Showcasing powerful third party compatibility, Axiim -- a new Kirkland, Washington-based consumer electronics company with strong roots in home entertainment technologies -- is demonstrating its new Axiim Q high definition wireless home theater system in conjunction with Klipsch Audio and the Wireless Speaker & Audio Association (WiSA) at the 2016 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. Axiim Q can be seen and heard at the Venetian Hotel, Suite # 30-217. The Axiim Q audio / video receiver features a sleek design for modern lifestyles, wirelessly delivering up to 7.1 channels of HD surround sound audio.
"Axiim Q is a new design paradigm over traditional wired audio / video receivers, so we went to great lengths to make sure that it would be easy for our third party partners to achieve full interoperability," said James Hammer, CEO of Axiim, Inc. "Here at CES we are showing Axiim Q working with new wireless prototypes from Klipsch, a tech-driven audio company. This is more than a proof of concept -- this is new technology in action."
Designed for modern lifestyles to deliver an intuitive, rich and immersive entertainment experience, Axiim Q was created for consumers desiring a surround sound experience beyond a Sound Bar without unsightly, inconvenient wires common to most multi-speaker home theater systems.
Already generating a buzz among potential consumer electronics partners and retailers, Axiim Q can be set-up in less than 20 minutes, out of the box, and delivers high resolution 24-bit, 96 kHz wireless surround sound across as many as 7.1 channels. Axiim Q adheres to the WiSA technology standard for transmission of high definition audio without wires that remains bit-for-bit accurate in its journey from the receiver to the speakers.
Axiim Q is now being sold on a limited, selective basis to qualified customers participating in the company's purchased Beta review program. Upon completing this consumer Beta testing period, Axiim Q is expected to be available for general sale in the second quarter of 2016, further details to be announced.
