AYD Waste Services Provides Recycling and Hauling for Austin Community College Renovation and Construction of New Amazon Distribution Center
Austin, Texas (PRWEB) July 11, 2016 -- Austin, Texas, is experiencing a huge construction boom, and building and renovation projects are springing up all over the metro area. At Your Disposal (AYD) Waste Services is providing waste management, hauling and recycling for two of the newest building projects in the Austin area: the Austin Community College (ACC) campus renovation, and the construction of a new Amazon.com distribution center in the Austin suburb of San Marcos.
AYD has partnered with Flintco Construction Solutions for the Austin Community College campus renovation, which is estimated to be an $80 million project. Currently, demolition, plumbing and underground work are underway. The construction crew is using one of AYD’s 20-yard roll-off dumpsters for the time being, until the project is under full-swing sometime next year.
The new Amazon.com distribution center in San Marcos is being constructed by the Conlan Company, which builds all of Amazon’s distribution centers in the nation. AYD is providing 12 30-yard roll-off dumpsters for the construction of the San Marcos center, which should be completed this summer. AYD hopes to also supply and haul all the compactors for this job.
