Azane Inc to Showcase Innovative Low Charge Ammonia Refrigeration Systems at Global Cold Chain Expo in Chicago
Chicago, Illinois (PRWEB) June 09, 2017 -- One of the world’s leading manufacturers of low charge ammonia technology, Azane Inc, is preparing to exhibit at the Global Cold Chain Expo in Chicago next week. Described as one-stop shop for education and innovation in the global food industry cold chain, the trade show and conference brings thousands of industry experts and decision makers under one roof. From 13-15 June, Azane will be exhibiting at booth 4731.
Caleb Nelson, VP business Development of Azane, will be on hand to discuss the multiple benefits of air cooled low charge ammonia technology as well as sharing knowledge and experience gained through the most recent installations of Azane’s packaged unit installations in Ohio, Tennessee, and Oregon. Discussing the company’s attendance Mr Nelson said, “This is one of the most important events on the annual calendar for the refrigeration industry, so we’re excited to be back after a successful exhibit last year. We’ll be talking to attendees about our ground-breaking low charge ammonia technology which is a safe, green and economical solution.”
As a natural refrigerant, ammonia offers zero global warming potential (GWP) and zero ozone depletion potential. Azane’s innovative cooling systems including the Azanechiller and Azanefreezer have proven to be a suitable alternative to traditional ammonia, R22 and HFC refrigeration units.
Mr Nelson added, “The only way for end users to future-proof their cooling operation is with a natural refrigerant since R-22 is finishing its phase-out in a few years and HFCs were added to the Montreal protocol last year. Azane’s pre-engineered air cooled refrigeration systems, which have been used in the industry for over 25 years, contain low charges of ammonia that have been optimized to increase efficiency without sacrificing reliability.”
Packaged low charge ammonia systems are becoming more popular due to their ability to increase safety, reduce regulatory burden on business, and simplify installation requirements for new and existing facilities.Azane cooling systems are suitable for cold storage, food and drink manufacturing and distribution and HVAC to name a few industrial and commercial applications.
Azane’s team will also be assessing event delegate’s awareness of low charge ammonia technology, the R22 phase out and the imminent restriction in the use of HFCs. Attendees visiting the Azane booth can take the survey and enter a prize draw for a chance to win an Apple Watch. The Global Cold Chain Expo is expected to attract over 7,500 industry professionals and key decision makers from the cold chain sector, including processing, retail, food service and cold storage. It runs from 13-15 June at McCormick Place, Chicago, Illinois. For more information about the event and to register to attend, visit the website: http://www.globalcoldchainexpo.org/welcome
