WHO CAN ENTER
1. You must be 21 years of age or older to win. No purchase necessary. One qualifier per household. You need not be present to win. The winner must live in the continental United States and have it shipped within the continental United States to be eligible. Void where prohibited.
2. The contest is open to everyone with the exception of employees of PlayNation Play Systems and Gorilla Playsets, their families, agencies and representatives.
HOW TO ENTER
To participate, log on to http://www.PlayNation.com and http://www.GorillaPlaysets.com to complete an entry form with your name, address, email and phone number and click submit or mail a postcard with your name, address, email and phone to PlayNation Play Systems, 190 Etowah Industrial Ct., Canton, Ga 30114 for a chance to win a Latitude swing set from PlayNation or Nantucket swing set from Gorilla Playsets, August 1st through September 30th, 2015.
WINNER SELECTION
The contest will be conducted August 1st through September 30th, 2015. Deadline for entries is 12 o’ clock noon eastern standard time on September 30th, 2015. The grand prize drawing for one Latitude swing set from PlayNation Play Systems and one Nantucket swing set from Gorilla Playsets will be held on Wednesday, September 30th and the winner will be notified by close of business on that day. Qualification for the Latitude or Nantucket swing set drawing will be held as follows: Two winners will be randomly selected on September 30th, 2015. One for the Nantucket and one for the Latitude swing set.
ADDITIONAL RULES
1. All taxes relative to the prize package are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitutions, assignments or transfers. No cash equivalents. If the winner cannot accept the swing set prize due to Home Owners Association rules and regulations within their neighborhood, then swing set will be forfeited.
2. By submitting any entry, each entrant, its, his, her or their heirs, successors and assigns (“entrant”) thereby releases, forever discharges and covenants not to make a claim against or sue PlayNation Play Systems, Inc., all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing and they therefore understand and agree that neither PlayNation Play Systems, their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives or employees have any liability with respect to any damages out of acceptance and use of a prize. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules.
3. Approximate value of the prize PlayNation Latitude swing set is $1,199.00 and the Nantucket swing set is $1,399.00.
