Baha’i Faith Center of Lewisville (TX) Creates Outdoor Playground With the Assistance of APCPLAY®

The Baha’i Faith Center wished to expand on their outdoor recreational facilities, and selected the “Tango” commercial play structure. The Tango structure was designed to accommodate as many as 24 children aged 2 to 12 years. APCPLAY recommended the structure, which encompasses a wide age range of activity styles in order to optimize the utility of the playground, and appeal for children of all ages and abilities.
The commercial play structure houses three different kinds of climbing activities. The Deep Rung Arch Climber is designed to challenge kids in a way that builds both confidence and leg muscles. The Tree Climber and Coil Climber provide alternate options to get to the top of the structure. They also work out both lower- and upper-body muscle groups while providing a fun and enjoyable play activity.
The children of the Baha’i Faith Center will most enjoy the Triple Rail Slide. It is a perennial favorite among children who enjoy racing safely to the bottom in tandem with friends. The 90° Curve Slide also provides an exciting trip to the bottom with a surprise turn that children love.
The Lewisville center also had APCPLAY install the time-honored tradition of the playground swing by providing a commercial-grade single bay five inch diameter Arched Metal Swing Frame. Now children of the organization can enjoy all their favorite activities, such as climbing and exploring, sliding, and swinging.
Families at the Baha’i Faith Center will enjoy the expanded outdoor recreation facility designed to promote physical activity and new friendships. The park is the heart of the community and a place where memories and learning begins.
