Bainbridge Continues Strong Acquisition and Management Growth in Florida

Bainbridge recently acquired Delray Verana, a 488-unit community in Delray Beach. Additionally, the company continued to expand its portfolio by earning the management responsibilities for the 250-unit Fairway Vista Apartments in West Palm Beach and the 88-unit Seascape Apartments in Palm Beach Shores.
The additions are just a small part of the company's aggressive but strategic growth throughout Florida and across the eastern United States. Earlier this year, Bainbridge announced its portfolio had surpassed the 20,000-unit mark.

Bainbridge has developed, acquired and managed apartment communities in some of the strongest East Coast markets, including Southeast and Central Florida, the Carolinas, New York, the Mid-Atlantic, Washington, D.C., and recently opened a regional office in Atlanta. Recent completions of Bainbridge-developed communities include Bainbridge Casselberry in Casselberry, FL; Bainbridge Jefferson Place in Frederick, MD; Bainbridge Coral Springs in Coral Springs, FL; and Bainbridge Brandon in Brandon, FL.
