Banjo retailer Banjos Direct launches new class-leading customer care package

(PRWEB UK) 26 July 2013 -- Banjos Direct, the leading British specialist banjo retailer, has announced a new Customer Service Package which the company believes changes the rules of musical instrument online retailing.

The service package offers an industry-leading 60 day return policy, allowing customers up to two months to change their mind about an instrument and to return it for a full refund.

Returns in the UK are offered free of charge as part of the new service package.

The care package also includes a two year guarantee on all products, against manufacturing faults.
