The year was highlighted by more than 50% year-over-year growth, which was the second consecutive year of hyper-growth for the company. This year Blueprint delivered major product enhancements to help customers improve product delivery and speed to market.

This year, Blueprint acquired new customers across industries including HCC Insurance, Sallie Mae, Intercontinental Hotels Group and EIS. Customers are leveraging Blueprint for improved traceability, auto test generation, increased visibility for management and reuse across the enterprise. More and more, organizations are realizing the Blueprint helps to de-risk and accelerate large, complex IT projects.
Product
Blueprint delivered three significant product releases in the past fiscal year. The Blueprint solution empowers organizations to:
- Speed up project delivery by automatically configuring Blueprint to match certain standards, processes or development approaches, through the use of ‘accelerators’, including one for enterprise Agile adoption and one for non-functional requirements.
- Improve their ability to enforce standards and policies, as well as gain efficiencies and quality improvements through the reuse of requirements.
- Break down collaboration barriers by providing all stakeholders the ability to participate in requirements discussions via email, provide input, validate assumptions, and answer questions
- Customer-driven enhancements to meet customers’ specific needs and interests.
These new and expanded capabilities position Blueprint’s leading edge and flagship product as best in class.
Team
Blueprint expanded its management team to include Martin Saipe, SVP Corporate Development, Michael Aronzon, Chief Technology Officer and Rick Vaughan, SVP Customer Experience.
Martin is responsible for facilitating Blueprint’s growth and presence throughout the worldwide software development market. Prior to joining Blueprint, he served as VP, Corporate Development at Varicent Software, through its acquisition by IBM in 2012. Michael oversees all product development efforts, IT and Cloud operations, and brings Blueprint’s technology vision to life. Prior to joining Blueprint, Michael was a Director of Development at Genesys, where he drove product teams to deliver best-in-class SaaS and On-Premise customer care solutions. Rick leads Blueprint’s customer services and support offerings. Prior to joining Blueprint, he served as VP Professional Services with Varicent Software, and then two years with IBM as worldwide services executive (after the IBM acquisition of Varicent).
Blueprint anticipates continued double-digit growth over the course of the next two years especially as the company continues to expand its presence in EMEA and opens a new Hong Kong office.
