The after-hours service runs between 5 p.m. and 7a.m.

The company will perform a furnace tune-up for $79 for the first system, and $59 for each additional system. For homeowners with a gas fireplace, they can have a tune-up performed on their fireplace and furnace for the bundled rate of $169.
“A quick tune-up now, while the weather is still relatively warm, means your furnace and fireplace will be ready to run efficiently and smoothly when the cooler temperatures arrive,” Bardi says. “Since we will have already inspected and cleaned your system and taken care of any problems, you’ll be much less likely to encounter any surprises during the winter months.”
Of course, not only are colder temperatures right around the corner, the holidays are also fast approaching. “With all the extra cooking and company that may be visiting, the holidays can take quite a toll on your plumbing,” notes Bardi. “If your drains are slow now, there’s a good chance they’ll be backed up when holiday guests are over.”
Bardi recommends homeowners have their drains cleaned before the holidays arrive, to head off a potential plumbing disaster. This month is a particularly good time to have this done because Bardi is offering a $99 drain cleaning special, good for up to 75 feet of drain cleaning.
