Bavaria Yachts Makes Major Introductions In the US Market – Both Sailing and Motor Yacht Sectors Showing Growth
(PRWEB) February 10, 2015 -- After a successful introduction of its sailboat line four years ago and the opening its first dedicated Motor Yacht Sales Office in Dania Beach, Florida, Bavaria Yachts will be representing itself at the Miami Boat Show in a very big way. “This is the first show where we have both our Sailing Yachts and Motor Yachts on display. Bavaria is a major global builder based in Europe and we are spreading the word to American market, to both the sailing and motor yacht consumer,” stated Kenny Feld, Managing Director.
This marks the first presence of the Motor Yacht Line at the Miami Yacht and Brokerage Show. Bavaria will have four yachts on display with two being premiered in the American market for the first time. On display will be the Virtess 420 Fly, the Virtess 420 Coupe and the US introduction of the Sport 400 Coupe and the Sport 360 Coupe. “We are very encouraged by the interest we received during the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. By introducing twice as many models in Miami, we look forward to build upon that momentum,” stated Dirk Boehmer, National Sales Director for Bavaria Motor Yachts USA.
Bavaria Yachts USA will be displaying three uniquely diverse and highly regarded yacht models at the Strictly Sail event in Bayside. Most thrilling is the unveiling of the Open 40, the first in the series of Bavaria’s new Catamaran Yachts. In addition, the Cruiser 46’ will be there, fresh from Germany, having just won the European Yacht of the Year award. To round out the line up, the exceedingly popular Vision 42 will be on display. “There is a lot happening at Bavaria Yachts USA. Winning the European Yacht of the year in our class and making a major introduction into the Catamaran sector sets us up for continued growth in the US market,” stated Geoff McCord, National Sales Director for Bavaria Sailing Yachts USA.
