Dr. Litano is from a family of medical professionals born in Peru. He attended Barry University in Miami Shores, Fl with a focus in Biology and Chemistry. He went on to receive his Doctoral Dental Degree from Nova Southeastern University School of Dental Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl in 2005. Dr. Litano focused his interests in family dentistry while practicing in Portland, Oregon, where he mentored at the Northwest Center of Dental Excellence. He later developed an interest in managing TMJ disorders and chronic pain conditions by attending a mini-residency and numerous symposiums.
Dr. Litano emphasizes proactive preventative dental care and always stresses the importance of routine exams, cleanings and the benefits of daily home care. Treating the problem presented is always a priority. Dr. Litano takes the time needed to establish a relationship with each patient to create a customized treatment plan according to the individual's dental goals and budget.
Dr. Litano regularly takes continuing education, advancing his knowledge in clinical dentistry. He offers services in many aspects of dentistry including cosmetic, holistic dentistry and dental implants.
