The new Charlotte projects will appeal to two very different clientele. The more established area of Myers Park will pull in comfortable, modern luxury with a hint of warm woods, rustic metals and soothing furnishings. Plaza Midwood, located in a changing neighborhood of Charlotte will be a more edgy.
“Myers Park is on firm design ground,” notes Beasley, a well-known designer of multi-family projects across the United States.
“Plaza Midwood is still shaping up, but it is going to be great,” says Beasley with a smile.
