Beasley & Henley Interior Design to Design Luxury Condo at Casa Bahia Yachting Community

WCI has selected the award-winning firm to design and furnish the luxury condominium residences at Westshore Yacht Club’s new Casa Bahia development, located on the water in south Tampa, FL. Casa Bahia’s penthouse-inspired residences will start at $690,000.
The Casa Bahia model is a luxurious 2930 sqft, 3-bedroom condo, showcasing the easy living of the community. Beasley & Henley’s design will juxtapose silver, gold and glass accents with textural and natural pieces and a blend of modern art, photography and whimsical landscapes, according to Stephanie Henley, principal in the award-winning design firm. It’s an upscale but casual design that will emulate the lifestyle of Casa Bahia homes, which offer luxury features and maintenance-free living.
“The interior design is elegant, fresh and comfortable and really resonates with the lifestyle of the area’s homebuyers,” said Henley. “Window treatments will be light and airy so as not to interfere with the beautiful views and the bay breezes.”
The model will feature transitional-style furnishings with light wood, silver- and gold-finished accent pieces and touches of dark wood to add contrast. It will have medium-toned wood, carpeted bedrooms and light 12-by-24-inch ceramic tile flooring in main living areas. Fabrics will be light in color and texture, with strategic accents of vibrant color.
Cream-hued granite has been selected to complement the medium-toned wood cabinetry in the kitchen, which offers in-room dining at an island breakfast bar.
The bathroom in the owner’s suite will feature a light marble vanity countertop, a door-less walk-in shower, separate tub and private water closet. Owner’s suites also offer oversized walk-in closets and bedrooms with sliding glass doors opening onto secluded areas of the main loggia.
Additional design features in the model will include a glass tear-drop chandelier, upholstered headboards with nailhead trim and tufted accents, and slip-covered bed-like lounge chairs for the loggia.
The model is expected to be completed summer 2015.
