The 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is a comprehensive and certified program registered with the Yoga Alliance. The program focuses on the vinyasa yoga style and includes instruction on teaching more than 50 foundational asanas.
The yoga teacher training program includes training on yoga philosophy, principles of anatomy and physiology, energy anatomy, yoga instruction and practice, relaxation and meditation.
