Belatrix was named as the 8th best place to work in the country. This is the second year in a row that Belatrix has been highlighted.
The organization Great Place To Work recognizes those companies which have created an excellent workplace culture and provide people with the opportunity to build strong careers. The results are based on a survey of the company’s employees, who can share feedback about their experiences.
With the growth of the company, this year Belatrix participated in the category of companies with more than 250-1000 employees in the country. Despite this change of category, Belatrix was still highlighted as one of the best places to work.
This award caps a remarkable year for the company. In April, the founders were named by the consulting company EY as “Entrepreneurs of the Year”. In November, the company received the prestigious IDEA Award for Enterprise Institutional Excellence. In the coming weeks Belatrix will be moving to a new headquarters in Mendoza, Argentina, located in one of the iconic buildings in the city.
