Shane has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and while residing in Houston he built and operated two companies. Both he and his wife, Brittany were from Texas, living in Houston. Shane had been been traveling to Belize since 1984 and first brought Brittany fourteen years ago. They fell in love with the white sand beaches, crystal clear water, temperate climate and the second best coral reef in the world and decided to make the permanent move six years ago. Their partner Curtis Fisher, a Minnesotan with over forty-three years in the real estate business is also a property owner in Belize.
