Bellwether Enterprise Irvine Branch Office Approved Under Freddie Mac Multifamily Program Plus® Network

(Enterprise), announced today the approval of its Irvine, California office under the Freddie Mac Multifamily Program Plus® network.
The Irvine office opened in October 2014 and is now one of four Bellwether Enterprise branch offices approved as a lender under Freddie Mac’s Multifamily Program Plus® network. The network is a highly selective group of experienced multifamily lenders with branches across the country for specific geographic regions.
As an approved office in the Program Plus network, Bellwether Enterprise’s Irvine office will be able to provide Freddie Mac mortgage financing secured by multifamily properties located in California. Freddie Mac’s multifamily programs provide borrowers access to a wide variety of innovative mortgage products with very competitive pricing.
