Benedictine University's Online Alumni Survey Registers Impressive Career Stats
Lisle, IL (PRWEB) November 18, 2014 -- Benedictine University’s online Alumni Satisfaction Survey was distributed last spring and came back with impressive results. Of the 342 online alumni participating in the survey, 90 percent were satisfied with their education at Benedictine and almost 94 percent felt it prepared them for their chosen careers. In addition, 25 percent reported already receiving a salary increase of more than $10,000 due to their education at Benedictine.
Benedictine Grads More Successful in Chosen Career Paths
While online graduates believed their Benedictine education prepared them professionally, many attributed career advancement and salary increases to their degree. Almost 90 percent of the participating alumni were working full or part time, 14 percent received a promotion at work while another 28 percent anticipate receiving a promotion within the next year. In addition:
• 28 percent received a salary increase after earning their degree.
• 40 percent anticipate receiving an increase within the next year.
• 23 percent found a new job.
• 25 percent received valuable networking opportunities.
• 43 percent anticipate new opportunities in the future.
