(BRI) announced the acquisition of Pacific Benefits Consultants, Inc. and COBRA Plus Administrators, Inc. of Sacramento, CA. This marks the first acquisition for Benefit Resource since it announced its Strategic Partnership and Expansion Initiative in October 2014.
