Bengals Fans Have A Scare: 2013 Bengals Tickets Are Available Now at http://www.Bengals-Tickets.org, Powered by http://www.InsideTrackTickets.com
Cincinnati, Ohio (PRWEB) July 29, 2013 -- This past week has not been the best for Cincinnati Bengals fans. During the team’s first practice of training camp on Thursday, NFL star receiver A.J. Green twisted his knee while trying to make a catch, and the injury was severe enough that he had to leave the field. It seems as though it was just a little knee bruise that occured and that he will only have to sit out for a few days of pratice. Green played for the University of Georgia before signing with the Bengals in 2011 as the overall fourth pick in the draft. In his first season with Cincinnati, Green made the 2012 Pro Bowl game, making him the first rookie to do so since 2003.
For the Bengals to do as well as they did last year, and even better, quarterback Andy Dalton will have to be the best he can be. The team’s defense has been ranked highly in the past three seasons, but if this team wants to win a championship any time soon, their offense is going to need some improvements. This season, all offensive starters will be returning and some new ones have been added to the list. Seven of ten draft picks this year were dedicated to the offensive line. With these new additions and focus on offensive winning, it is possible the team will be a top team attack for the first time since 2007. In 2012, the Bengals had a great year in the AFC North, but could not top the Ravens. They are a great team and are posting great stats, but are going to need that little extra push if they want to win in the post-season. Although this is a team game, Dalton will be getting most of the criticism. He is a great player, but is going to have to improve his passing game to win. Fortunately for the Bengals, Dalton is a great leader and is ready to take on the responsibility that is his in order to take his team all the way to the Super Bowl.
The Bengals preseason will begin soon with a game away against the top Atlanta Falcons. Their regular season will then begin also away, at the Chicago Bears on September 8th. Exciting games for 2013 include ones against the Ravens, Patriots, Vikings, and Packers.
