Opening trade with Cuba not only provides U.S. businesses a new market, but also improves U.S. trade opportunities with the rest of Latin America. During his visit, Onur attended Havana’s International Fair (FIHAV) and met with foreign exhibitors and businesspeople from Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean to explore future global opportunities in Cuba and Latin America for Benseron and it’s primary brand, the Bevo POS system.

FIHAV fair has taken place annually since 1983; the most important general trade fair in Cuba and the Caribbean, and one of the most representative from Latin America. Over 4,500 exhibitors and 150,000 visitors from over 60 countries attended the event. All sectors of the Cuban economy took part in this national and international trade exhibition event. This venue provided a unique opportunity for attendees and exhibitors to establish business contacts, exchange experiences, explore new business opportunities, understand technological developments in Cuba and learn about the country’s international opportunities and relations with the entire world.
