Nicole joins us after successfully selling fractional ownerships with The Cloister Ocean Residences for Sea Island. She has extensive expertise in the Sea Island real estate market and is looking forward to expanding her business to the luxury real estate market on St. Simons Island.
Nicole obtained her residential and rental real estate training and experience at Corcoran Real Estate in New York City. Previously she worked with high net worth individuals and families in the Private Wealth Management group of Lazard Asset Management in Manhattan. She gained luxury hospitality experience by maintaining sales relationships with the key and celebrity accounts of Ritz-Carlton Hotels working with their senior sales and marketing executive. Nicole also managed sales, marketing and programming for a travel consulting firm based in Atlanta.
A native of Macon, GA and a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in finance, Nicole resides on Saint Simons Island. She has traveled extensively internationally and now enjoys spending time with her friends and her mom, who just moved to the area.
