Bethlehem House Gallery announces Winter Show Opening Reception
Bethlehem, Pa. (PRWEB) January 09, 2015 -- Bethlehem House Gallery, a contemporary art gallery providing innovative art in a variety of contemporary styles, will host its Winter Show Opening Reception on Friday, January 16 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Opening Reception will mark the start of the newest gallery exhibit, running from January 16 through March 28.
Bethlehem House Gallery challenges the traditional white walls used in a gallery, displaying art in a comfortable and welcoming homelike setting. The winter show will feature the artwork of both emerging and established regional artists including Jeffrey Bunce, Tom D’Angelo, Gini Illick, Justin Long, Spencer Snygg, Jessica Echevarria, and Ward Van Haute. The exhibit will also include furniture by Stephen Metz, Andy Vasquez, Mark Southard, and Chelsea Southard, time machines by Doug Kozo, and jewelry by Staci Louise Smith.
“With each changing show, we aim to provoke a new experience for our visitors. Not only will the new exhibit bring different talent and artwork, we will be changing the wall colors, interior design elements, and overall feel of the gallery,” said Ward Van Haute, director of Bethlehem House Gallery. “The winter exhibit offers elements of urban edge, visual conversation, and approachable art that speaks to both the mind and the soul.”
The Opening Reception will take place at the Gallery on 459 Main Street in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The reception will include beverages and light refreshments. Guests will have the opportunity to get the first look at the new exhibit and speak to the Gallery staff about the artwork, artists and their inspiration.
