Germak joined Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty as a Vice President in 2010. His past responsibilities included the launch of the firm’s four New Jersey offices; before that, Germak oversaw the operations of Rand's Mortgage, Title and Insurance division. Prior to joining BHG Rand Realty, Germak held various executive management titles during his ten year tenure at Caldwell Banker.
