Frankfurt, Germany (PRWEB UK) 25 November 2013 -- The event opened at the Hilton Airport Hotel in Frankfurt, Germany, with a welcome from Mart Tiismann, CEO of the Sidel Group. Sidel is the facilitator for KNOWLEDGEshare, providing what Mart referred to as “…an event that brings people together and allows them to discuss the issues that are important to us all, as an industry as a whole.”
Over the next two days, players from across the beverage industry including packaging designers, preform suppliers, beverage producers, retailers, recycling companies, regulators and NGOs will be actively discussing a wide range of issues, from beverage safety in an ever changing world to the impact that technology, sustainability and consumer demands are having on the way the industry operates.
Mart Tiismann continues – “As a global provider, we’re in contact with customers all over the world. Over the past few years, we’ve realised that many of our customers are facing similar challenges and issues. Many of these issues are too great to be dealt with as individual companies. That’s why we’ve brought together senior professionals from all parts of the industry in a collaborative forum so we can work on the issues together.”
One of the key features of KNOWLEDGEshare is that it is a neutral forum, providing an environment in which dialogue and collaboration is very much to the fore. The invited participants will be encouraged to share their experience, their ideas and their knowledge, with a number of industry experts present to guide and stimulate debate.
Once the event is over, information will be made available on a dedicated website: http://www.knowledgeshare.com.
