Beverly Hills Hotel & Ashford Castle win Luxury Travel Guide's International Awards of Luxury Hotel and Grand Luxury Hotel of the Year.

These awards recognize and celebrate excellence across all sectors of the luxury travel and tourism industry throughout the world. The awards are designed to recognize the pinnacle of luxury within this sophisticated industry.
Antonio Cuellar, luxury hotel and resort photographer was a guest judge at this year’s awards and was responsible for nominating the two properties that were ultimately successful in being the recipients of two of the most important categories of the evening. Antonio nominated The Beverley Hills Hotel for the category of ‘Luxury Hotel’ of the year and the Ashford Castle Hotel for the category of ‘Grand Luxury Hotel’ of the year. Along with Antonio Cuellar, the judging panel consisted of Anthony Melchiorri; creator and host of Hotel Impossible and Five Star Secrets on the Travel Channel and Shane Green; hospitality expert and host of the Travel Channel’s new series Resort Rescue.
As one of the esteemed judges for the Luxury Hotel Awards component of the Luxury Travel Guide Global Awards, Antonio Cuellar was asked to nominate hotels that he thought truly provided unprecedented luxury, sophistication and an accommodation experience unlike any other. Calling on his extensive experience as an internationally recognized luxury hotel and resort photographer Antonio Cuellar had no hesitation in nominating The Beverly Hills Hotel and the Ashford Castle Hotel for the respective award categories.
