Beyond Analysis strengthens Leadership Team with new Group Chief Commercial Officer
(PRWEB UK) 10 April 2014 -- Leading data analytics and customer insight group Beyond Analysis has today announced the appointment of Sophie Neary as Group Chief Commercial Officer. In her role, Sophie will be responsible for taking the business from a consultancy-led to a product-focused enterprise with the launch of its new ‘self-service’ insight and decisioning platform, Quick and Easy™. She will lead all commercial activities across Europe and is tasked with developing a world-class team designed to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Sophie is an award winning entrepreneur, having been on the management team of two highly successful internet start-ups; JCP sold to Sun Microsytems in 2000 and BeatThatQuote.com which was acquired by Google in 2011. Most recently she ran her own consultancy business working with the likes of Asda, SYCO and Skype on multi-channel and multi-platform strategy and solution development. She is also a Non Exec director of some pioneering tech start-ups and mentors women in business.
Paul Alexander, Group CEO of Beyond Analysis, said: “I have known Sophie for many years and made it my personal goal to get her on board in the first half of 2014. She brings the expertise, experience and passion we need to take Beyond Analysis to stellar heights. She joins at a particularly important and exciting time for the business. We’re working with some major players in the marketplace on our new Business Intelligence platform and are pretty confident that there’s nothing out there that comes close to Quick & Easy™. Sophie is therefore absolutely the right person to lead the charge in disrupting the data analytics marketplace with this cracking new proposition.”
Speaking about her new role, Sophie commented: “I first met Paul on a client engagement, where Beyond Analysis was brought in to do some crucial analytics and insight work. It sounds corny, but the truth is that I was so impressed with their approach - and more importantly by the results they delivered - that I decided to join the company! The fact that Visa Europe acquired a minority stake in the business, of course, is also helpful.
“I love a challenge and I love making change happen, and with the Quick & Easy platform we truly have a fantastic opportunity to deliver at a fraction of the cost the kind of customer, range and transactional analysis usually only available to the likes of Tesco. Any retailer would be mad not to try it.”
Beyond Analysis, architects of the C-DNA™ solution, is an international company focused on using its expertise in Big Data analytics and insight to develop targeted loyalty programmes that deliver incremental revenue by driving deeper customer engagement.
