Sauces available include garlic, tahini and Sahara (hot) sauce. For guests who prefer a chef-designed meal, the menu includes signature selections featuring Mediterranean Salad, Vegan Sampler and the Bezoria Feast. Featured sides include lentil soup, Jerusalem salad, baba ghanoush, house-cut fries, baklava and signature drinks.
The restaurant is co-founded by Yogi Patel and Imtiaz Ramzan. Yogi is also a franchisee of Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint and Tin Drum Asia Café. He and his partner will open two more Bezoria restaurants in Atlanta over the next year and a half.
Bezoria’s menu was developed by professional Chef Nasser Amer, who joins Patel and Ramzan as a third partner and has relocated from Chicago to Atlanta to establish the new concept. Chef Nasser, certified by the American Culinary Federation (ACF), was formerly employed as a Food Network chef and also spent time with the Ritz-Carlton Hotels before creating his own successful Mediterranean restaurant in Chicago called Dawali Mediterranean Kitchen.
“Americans are becoming familiar with the bold flavors of Lebanon, Turkey, Israel and Syria in the Eastern Mediterranean region, and they want more of these dining options, said Nasser Amer, partner chef for Bezoria. “We believe Bezoria is on-trend and on the leading-edge for Atlanta, and already fulfilling a previously unmet niche.”
Bezoria is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week: from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. For more information, visit http://www.bezoria.com.
