Ian has over 18 years’ experience in the real estate sector and is well respected in the legal and professional community having been an influential figure at the Leicester offices of both Harvey Ingram (now Shakespeares) and Nelsons.
Ian has extensive knowledge and expertise in a range of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, development and secured lending. Ian also has extensive knowledge of public sector and local authority work.
