Billhighway Looking to Disrupt Dues at the 2015 ASAE Technology Conference and Expo
Troy, MI (PRWEB) December 10, 2015 -- Billhighway, a powerful dues automation platform, is pleased to exhibit at the upcoming 2015 ASAE Technology Conference and Expo, which will be held in National Harbor, Maryland, December 15-16. The conference is for CEOs, CIOs, directors, and managers with an interest in technology. The 2014 ASAE Technology Conference and Expo was one of the highest attended conferences in its history, leading to great expectations for this year’s conference.
Disruption is the theme this year; specifically, asking attendees to consider whether it always has a negative impact. Technology is quickly evolving and in order to keep up, associations need to constantly shake things up. Conference-goers will be able to select one of five pathways, so they can share their expertise, challenges, and ideas revolving around current disruptors in the association technology space.
“Due to the success of last year’s five learning pathways, we continued with the same format and focused on the trends and strategies impacting our members and the technology sector,” said ASAE President and CEO John H. Graham IV, FASAE, CAE. “Attendees were able to create their own mix of learning, engage in interesting discussions, and came away with new strategies they could implement into their organizations.”
The opening session, “The Human Face of Big Data and The Internet of Things,” will be conducted by Rick Smolan, #1 New York Times best-selling author and journalist. Recently, Smolan worked on a project called The Human Face of Big Data, which looks at how real-time big data is already being put to good use and impacting the world we live in. At the same time, Billhighway will be unveiling their data whitepaper, which is centered on how associations can use the small, everyday member and financial data they currently collect to realize more revenue and streamline operations.
