Billingsley Company Selects A&P to Build New Office Building at Cypress Waters
Richardson, Texas (PRWEB) July 06, 2015 -- Billingsley Company recently selected Adolfson & Peterson Construction (A&P) to build a new office building at 9001 Cypress Waters Boulevard. A&P will serve as the construction manager on this important project, which will add a new four-story, concrete core and shell office building at Billingsley’s 1,000-acre development known as Cypress Waters.
Designed by Good Fulton & Farrell Architects (GFF), the new four-story building will consist of 215,000 SF of class A office space with 50,000 to 55,000 SF floor plates.
