Billion Electric launches the first 4G LTE broadband wireless VPN outdoor router
Taipei (TPE) (PRWEB) February 12, 2015 -- In the beginning of 2015, Billion announces an unprecedented technology breakthrough – the launch of its first industrial-grade 4G LTE outdoor fixed SIM embedded wireless router - BiPAC 4700ZU. Capable of withstanding in harsh and difficult outdoor environments, the router uniquely integrates superior IP67 rated fiberglass, fiberglass that is water-proof, dust resistant, and offers the distinct protection to serve under extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to 60°C.
Integrated the MIMO technology and optimal LTE band antennas, BiPAC 4700ZU drastically boosts Internet speed and expands LTE wireless coverage for both LOS (Line of Sight) and NLOS (Non-Line of Sight) environments. The router is embedded with IPSec VPN protocols for business users to establish encrypted tunnels over the public Internet, offering solid internet security between branch offices and headquarters.
Combining an easy, delicate mounting design and a lightweight model size, BiPAC 4700ZU is accessible for mounting directly on exterior walls, chimneys, lightweight poles, and can be used for retrofitting applications - a user-friendly installation for virtually everywhere. BiPAC 4700ZU is installed with IEEE 802.3atPower over Ethernet (PoE), allowing a single cable to provide both data connection and electrical power to devices such as wireless access points or IP cameras. Easy installation and long cable length eliminate the hassle of adding an external power line outside of a data cable.
