Billy Sims BBQ Offers Special Edition Collector’s Cup in August; Proceeds from Collector’s Cup Sales to Benefit Charity
Tulsa, OK (PRWEB) August 04, 2016 -- Throughout the month of August, Billy Sims BBQ will offer a special edition collector’s cup to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) and the Billy Sims Foundation. Restaurant guests can purchase the cup for $2.99 and $1 from each cup sold will benefit the charities. The cup features iconic images of Billy Sims while he played for the Detroit Lions. Each guest who purchases a cup will also be honored with their name pinned to the wall in the restaurant.
“Billy and I, along with our entire restaurant family, feel strongly about giving back to our community and the guests we have the pleasure to serve,” said Jeff Jackson, co-founder and CEO of Billy Sims BBQ. “Our special edition collector’s cups are a great way for guests to take home a memento from their restaurant visit while also helping us make a donation to both the MDA and the Billy Sims Foundation.”
The Billy Sims Foundation serves the philanthropic needs of the community at large providing assistance to persons or non-profit groups in need. The Muscular Dystrophy Association is fighting to free individuals — and the families who love them — from the harmful effects of muscular dystrophy, ALS and related life-threatening diseases so they can live longer and grow stronger.
