While at HCA, he created the vision for the organization’s enterprise-wide reputation management program and oversaw digital strategy for 171 hospitals, 119 free standing surgery centers, 830 physician clinics and multiple business units across the healthcare system. Clifford received his BS in management information systems from Trevecca Nazarene University and an MBA from Lipscomb University.

Val Lopez is the assistant vice president of digital marketing for the University of Miami Health System. Val oversees the execution of all digital marketing initiatives, customer relationship management (CRM), web and mobile development and creating an optimal digital patient experience. Prior to joining the University of Miami Health System in 2016, he served as the director of digital marketing for Baptist Health South Florida. Prior to healthcare, he worked in similar positions within the travel and quick service restaurant industries such as National Car Rental, Alamo Rent A Car and the Burger King Corporation.
Alexandra Morehouse, chief marketing officer, Banner Health (panelist)
Alexandra Morehouse is currently the chief marketing officer for Banner Health. Prior to that, she served chief brand evangelist for Kaiser Permanente during the critical implementation of the Affordable Care Act. During that time, Morehouse rolled out strategic communications between consumers, the insurance exchanges and state and local agencies. She was responsible for communications guidelines, advertising, social, mobile and digital media outreach.
